Texts

Description of your company
Short summary of your company's activities and of the products you sell, maximum 500 characters (including spaces). This text can be sent in formats .doc, .rtf or .txt. If you wish your text to appear in the English and Spanish versions of the site, send the text in the chosen language(s).

Text about the new products shown during the exhibition
Short summary of the new products your company is showing at the exhibition. This must follow the same rules as the description of your company.

Images

Company logo
Your company logo must be sent in formats .jpeg or .gif, with a maximum 72 dpi resolution. Each image must be 310 pixels wide and 130 pixels high.

Images of company products
Send a maximum of 5 images in formats .jpeg or .gif, with a maximum 72 dpi resolution. Each image must be 350 pixels wide and high.

Other materials

Company brochure
Must be sent in formats .pdf or .doc and have a maximum of 1MB.

Multimedia presentation
Must be sent in formats Powerpoint, Shockwave (Director Projector - extension .exe) or Flash (Shockwave Flash - extension .swf) and have a maximum of 1 MB.

Videos & Multimedia
Must be sent in formats .mpeg, .avi or .swf and have a maximum of 1 MB.
