If you want to exhibit your products and/or services at LOGÍSTICA GLOBAL you will find here all the necessary documents to register for the exhibition.

1st step: information about the exhibition

The document Participation Terms and Conditions has all the information you need to decide how you want to take part in the exhibition:

- relevant dates,
- timetable,
- participation price,

2nd step: registering for the exhibition

To register for the exhibition you must fill in the following documents:

Besides the Participation Terms and Conditions, please look up the following documents:

- General Rules of Fairs and Exhibitions, where you will find general information on how to take part in fairs and exhibitions.

- Ready-to-use Pakage, where you find special participation conditions.

- BI 1 – General Registration Form, you will be registered for the exhibition once this form has been filled in and you have paid. This is where you must state how much space you will require and how you will be paying.

- BI 2 – Catalogue Registration Form, this document will complete your registration for entry in the exhibition official catalogue (hard copy and electronic catalogue). You must state the company name to appear in the catalogue, which may be different from the name on the invoice.

When filling in BI 2 you must also fill in the List of Products, where you will choose the product categories under which you would like your company to appear.

- BI 3 – Technical Services Registration Form, in this document you should indicate your stand layout and the materials to be used.

Order Forms

Order Form A, is used to request support services for the exhibition.

Order Form B, is used to request advertising services during the exhibition.
